Starting on March 7th, this 8-week training program concludes with your goal race (your distance, your pace) at the Interior's biggest fundraising event - Boogie the Bridge! Not familiar with Boogie? Check it out here: www.boogiethebridge.com.
Not only will you be able to celebrate your training with a super fun and important fundraising event, you'll have a ton of fun along the way.
Our 8 week training clinics will: get your moving; help you achieve your fitness and health goals; get you connected - bringing you new friends and an amazing new community; give you opportunity to improve not only your mental health but your emotional and mental health; and very importantly, give you what you need to help get through this crazy pandemic that we all thought would be over a year ago.
This 8 week run/walk program will prepare aLL paces, ages and levels of abilities tp run/walk a 5, 10, or 21k distance. Programming is available for Walking/Power-Walking, Couch to 5K, two pace groups for the 5K and 10K distances and detailed half-marathon training. We can promise you that no matter where you are at in your running and fitness journey, we have a place and pace for you. Whether you are a seasoned runner, have never taken a "running step" or are somewhere in between, our tremendous team and coaches will help guide you to a stronger and healthier version of yourself - whatever that looks like for YOU.
