Fitness is a choice we all need choose. If we wouldn't move and make some change about ourselves, we would get unhealthy. Aside from the ideal and balanced food intake, it is important to always keep everything on track. If there is a need for you to be active and do exercise everyday, just do it. Please always motivate ourselves especially if it's going to be for our own good. Actually, I am happy that you guys have united to make some changes about your life and you started your fitness journey already.
