people are making a conscious choice to get of the couch and start moving....after all movement is change!"  Although he had no formal training he has been a coach for over two years and knows people.  He loves help them realize  what they're capable of if they put they're mind to it. with  them while accomplishing her own goals as well.  When she became a coach she had  strong people guiding her through the process to become a great leader.  During her 5 years with RUNClub she has become a runner, ran her first 5K race with  Boogie The Bridge and recently ran her first 10k all beside people she had trained with and become friends with.  She claims "no one could have prepared me for where this journey has taken me".
