Having spent my first few weeks at RUNClub running in cheap shoes, I learned first hand the benefits of spending the money and buying a proper shoe. But with so many shoes to choose from, this may be a daunting task. Jo was kind enough to take me shoe shopping at Runner's Sole where owner Wayne Richardson evaluated my feet and my individual needs and paired me up with the perfect pair of shoes.
