SUMMER MAINTENANCE CLINIC

RUNS: Sundays @ 7:00AM ONLY (this is to help us beat the heat which keeps us safer, healthier and happier!)
GOAL: All of your Fall race and fitness goals (like the Okanagan Marathon Destination RUNClub trip, Melissa's Road Race, Seawheeze etc.) as well as maintaining and even strengthening your current level of fitness.
COST: $85.00 (for once a week for 8 weeks)

Our fourth training clinic of the year, our Summer Skills & Maintenance Training Clinuc is an 8 week run/walk program which will prepare you to run/walk any and all of your Fall race goals. This clinic is also designed to help you maintain and even strengthen your current level of fitness throughout the Summer. For those of you who have been running with us during our Summer Training Clinic, continuing with this one will help you complete the full 20 week training program in preparation for the Okanagan Marathon, which is a Destination RUNClub trip.
If you have never run before but this is your season to join - WELCOME! ALL paces, ages and levels of abilities are welcome. Whether you are a seasoned runner, have never taken a "running step" or are somewhere in between, we have a pace and distance group that will be right for you. Our tremendous coaches will help guide you to a stronger and healthier version of yourself - whatever that looks like for YOU.
RUNClub is about so SO much more than running. We want you to be the best you can be physically yes, but also emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Not only will we run together but we will break bread, tailgate, celebrate, explore and more.

outstanding coaching; run-walk training; group support; personalized emails; personalized programs; rewards and treats; free monthly newsletter; online website play work; and participation in RUNCLUB every Sunday and/or Tuesday. Please note that your registration does not include any race registrations; this is a separate fee. You do not have to participate in any of our goal races to register with any of our clinics, but we sure hope you do! They truly are a great way to celebrate the success of completing the clinic and keep you motivated over the 8 week program.

- Speed Play (speed work) every other week to help us get faster and more efficient
- Guest Coaches including team team from Runners Sole and more!
- Post-Run Yoga to help us get more flexible and prevent injury
- Cold Water Therapy post runs when possible (this is extra sweet in the Summer heat)
- Post-Run Fun including tailgate parties, coffee and more
