 Hi from the Happyness Center! Coming up: Our amazing RUNClub+ program for beautiful bigger bodies. Jan 22 - 2018. The Happyness center is a place with so much to offer. We strongly strive to bring you healthy offerings in all domains: physical, mental, emotional , spiritual. Our RUN/ WALK programs are all inclusive and a pace for everyone. We just started our winter RUNClub - Sundays 8:15 am (you can still register) and soon will be offering our Bigger Body program: Starts Monday January 22nd - an inclusive environment to being the best you! Hi wonderful people. Just a wee gentle, caring reminder to run and walk safely. People are busy on the roads and may be distracted. Take good care of yourself and others while you are running / walking. Lots of reflective clothing if at night and just awareness of your surroundings. Turn down your music if you are wearing any. Merry Christmas week everyone!
