Certified Run/Walk Training Programs | Downloadable 8-week run/walk programming created by certified coaches for 5, 10 and 21K distances.
Group Coaching | Online coaching via weekly emails from your coaches and regular Zoom meetings, plus coaching assistance in our HUB (members only Facebook page) and more.

Certified Nutrition Guidance | Healthy eating can feel confusing. Add on proper fuelling for running and it can see overwhelming. That's why we have RUNClub team member, Bronwyn, who is a Registered Dietician, to give us all guidance and answersto our food-related questions.
Weekly & Montly Faceboook Lives | Join us for our Facebook live sessions that include our Master Class Mondays which will expand your training and fitness knowlege, and Wellness Wednesday's which will inspired and challenge you to become your best from the inside out.
Contests, Challenges and More | Improve your fitness with our regular strength challenges and programming such as our Winter Activity Bingo Challenge, 10-Day Core Challenge and 10-Day Yoga Challenges.

Choose your membership level (Elite or Pro) and get to its benefits for the 8 weeks of the clinic. Once the clinic has finished, so is your access to the RUNClub membership and all its goodies.

*Please note: The annual membership covers a 12-month term, renewable one year from your registration date. Should you cancel your membership prior to this date, you will be charged a $100 administration fee.
