Open the fillable PDF membership form (found below under "Step 3"), complete it with your information and membership choices (level, payment, pace/distance group etc.), along with the PAR-Q and Waivers included.
Email the form to: [email protected] along with your direct deposit information (more details below under Step 3 details).
