Boogie Training - 20th Anniversary
Hi and Happy March 2017 - spring is here!
I just wanted to introduce myself to those who don't know me. My name is Jo Berry, and I am the founder of RUNCLUB and Boogie the Bridge (although I am only one of an amazing collaborative team of great coaches and team leads).
I just wanted to introduce myself to you all because I feel it's important to actually authentically connect with people. We're all people. We're all students and we're all teachers. We're all here to learn, to create, and to be the best version of a person we can be. Nobody is more special or significant than any other. We are all the same. When we connect with each other on an honest human level and create bonds between one another is when we will start seeing some real change in this world. I truly do view the Boogie and RUNCLUB community as family and I am very blessed to be surrounded by such amazing, dynamic, talented and kind people. March is here and we want you to come out - if you have never been part of RUNCLUB (or are just thinking of coming back) - just come to one of our opening days and try it out (you can register later if it feels right). We have some fabulous programs this year and look forward to "Moving together" and creating vibrant health and happyness.
Movement is Change means "movement on all levels" - physical health, emotional health, mental health and spiritual health. Yes we move on all levels together and I promise we will have a ton of FUN!
See you Sunday March 12th - 8 am (Double Tree - Hilton) or Tuesday March 14th (6 pm) same location / or at our ""Bigger Bodies" Program - Monday March 20th - 6 pm at The Happyness Center.
Please come in comfy clothes with running shoes on those feet. We will go out for a very short workout to show you how do-able this program is...and for those of you who are runners - we will embark on a journey where running truly is much MORE than running and where it becomes a very part of who you are!
