If you will make running as an everyday practice, you will not realize that you're on your way being a healthy person! I am glad to know that you've found deep love for running. A healthy practice that could keep you alive for a lot of years! The quote written above is true because it represents us and the way we see and value our lives. If all people would resort to running, I am sure that our environment will get proud on us!

I do agree with you that one factor to consider to be stress free is by running. I do hope that you all would be happy physically and emotionally by running and having exercises. People nowadays are hard to deal with and they are in need of lot of attractions and love from others. Our brain is so tired from our doings, always stress and always worry about tomorrow. I wish all of us will be able to release the stress properly and in harmony.
