Emotional Fitness Week 1. Hello RUNClub community: Autumn is the happyness project! Welcome to Autumn RUNClub. RUNClub dedicates itself to sharing movement with our community and all the benefits for our health and happiness. When we talk about “Movement is Change” we mean movement in all spheres: Physical movement; emotional movement; spiritual movement and mental movement. Over the next 8 weeks lets explore together and study “ Happyness”.
Sri Madhu Sai, whom you will hear from later on this session, believes in the concept of “ Hustle for Happyness”. This statement encourages us to deeply care and work inwardly to discover what truly creates happyness.
RUNClub/ Boogie/ and Get Happy Events have a foundation of compassionate leadership. Our teams’ purpose is to create meaningful change in our community (Kamloops) and meaningful change for as many people as we can one-foot step at a time. Compassion, we believe, is the foundation of being a successful, happy and healthy human-being.
